Any map or vehicle in BeamNG, when I crash or bump a wall or car, I get a notification that tells me "Fatal Vehicle Exception". It still does the same thing even if I delete the BeamNG folder in documents, run safe mode, check integrity (via Steam and the mini menu when you start BeamNG). Help...I can't crash in a game known for its crash physics.

Whats your PC specs? And if nothing fixes it then you might want to reinstall the game.

    -Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
    -Reinstall BeamNG.

    I'll reinstall it now.

I jsust reinstalled it. The main menu is laggy 20fps> and when I load up, the screen freezes with the truck and map still on screen.

Seeing as you appear to be on a laptop, I would check on you cpu and gpu for any overheating.
The problems you describe sound like hardware instability if a clean reinstall does not fix anything.
Also make sure it is using the main gpu and not the one integrated into the cpu, based on your 2nd post of issues.
