I Made A Realistic ReShade Config For BeamNG And Thought I Would Release It For People To Use. (How To Install) STEP 1: Install ReShade https://reshade.me/ Then Go To "Select game" Then Go To D:\Documents\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\Bin64 You Can Copy This Directory In File Explorer. Then Click On "BeamNG.drive.X64.exe" Then Select "Direct3D 10+" Now Click Yes On The Window That Pops Up Then Click Ok And You Have Reshade Installed On BeamNG STEP 2: Now In File Explorer Go To "D:\Documents\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\Bin64" Then Down Load The File In This Thread Witch Will Be At The Bottom Of The Thread And Drag And Drop That File Thats In The ZIP In That Bin64 Folder. Now Open Reshade With "SHIFT F2" And Click The + In The Corner Of The Window And Specifically Type "BeamNG" And The Effects SHOULD Appear. And There Ya Go . If There Are Any Problems With Loading This In Let Me Know And I Will Try To Fix It. UPDATE Ive Completely Redone The Effect For This ReShade And In My Opinion Looks Way Better, Ive Looked At Some Comments And Have Found It Was To Bright. Well Not Any More (at least i hope so) Here Are Some Pictures Of The Redone Shade. !Preset Could Have Small Changes Without Notification So Reinstall Every Now And Then!
Based on your screenshots, it looks way too bright in my opinion, the desert maps especially seem hard to look at.
I don't run ReShade myself (my laptop barely runs the game as is), I was just saying that based on the screenshots you have up it looked too bright.
Yes I Have Realized, I Am Working On A Version For People Who Do Not Like The Brightness And Colors Right Now.
