Yeah its a term for Japanese Domestic Market. Just usually means we rice our cars with OEM parts not aftermarket lol.

Well, if it's a rally car then it needs a navigator seat. Maybe some reinforcement down the middle of the car in the interior between where the passenger seat would be and the driver.
