Click on the zip at the bottom of the first post, and put the .zip into documents/beamng.drive/mods

There Is, But Its A Russian Site There, It Says That It Adds Custom "Rally Parts & Race Parts" but myself i didn't download it because, well.... its a russian site

Re-Download the mod.

 

I did. Cleared the cache after deleting mod and then after it was installed.

 

Make sure there aren't any conflicting mods.

 

Apparently the "Custom Mustang Engine" mod makes the mustang very unhappy. Deleted it and it works now.

You don't need to. Its has the sound stock. Keep the zip file as it is, it should work. You might have a conflicting mod if you haven't touched the zip file and it still doesn't work.
