Lags on west coast map with good pc

Hi

I wanted to ask whether it is normal.
I have a good pc to run this game
GTX 1060 6GB
I5 7500
16 GB RAM
And is this normal when i play on highest settings possible (without dynamic reflection) on west coast with two cars with lights turned on, and then my fps drop below 60. Answer Me as quick as you can thx

 

It depends on your monitor resolution and on your shadow settings.

Turn off SSAO if it is on, shadows to partial.

Map is kinda heavy on CPU, so DOF and light rays off too, anti-aliasing can sometimes be heavy on CPU too, which I don't quite understand how it is possible.

Close browsers and any other software running on background, make sure your background CPU load is next to none.
