How could I save a specially modified vehicle in the vehicle menu

READ HERE TO GET WHAT IM SAYING, so here’s an example, I take the bed cover off of the D15 custom put the camber and ride height up, and now I want to save that d15 custom so when I spawn it in again it has all of the features and modifications on it, even though I despawned it. How could this work, also what if I wanted to save that modified D15 custom into the Havril spawn menu, how would that work, please help

You want to save a CONFIGURATION.
You can do that from the 'Parts Selector' > 'Save & Load' menu.

You should not be saving over an official configuration, as you'll break some scenarios or campaign using that.
Instead save it as your own configuration (ie. unique name).

If you enable this option:

All custom configuration you make will also appear in the vehicle selector.
