What are the luxury cars of your area that tend to be owned by people who make them have nothing to do with luxury? In Puławy, Poland: - Mercedes S-Class W116/W126 - These are pretty much extinct now, but I remember them driving around with dented-up bodywork, missing trim, no hubcaps, faded paint, rust, etc. There still seems to be one left. - BMW 7-Series E32 -The oldest of such cars now. Two strike exceptionally, one with rotten bodywork and multicoloured replacement parts, and one in the Roma hood with an ad for a car audio installer. - Audi A8 D2 - These things aren't as beat, but turn up in unusual hands. I saw an S8 on tuner rims used as a taxi, and a D2 on big rims (22" or maybe bigger) in front of an old cottage. - BMW 7-Series E66 - The youngest of the crop. I once saw a perfect ghetto scene with an E66 on 22"s in front of a pawn shop, as well as a matte blue one cruising around slammed and on big rims.
Most of the time, it's a Chrysler 300C. There was one with a pretty ugly paint-job and bigger-than-regular rims, while another one got the donk wheels. Other times (though it's not that common), you may find a few donked E-Classes (any of the generations that had the quad bug-eyes).
It's the only other vehicle that I could consider a "ghetto luxury" vehicle. Any of the other donk cars (or beaters) I see often lead more towards sports cars.
Due to mass inflow of scrapworthy luxury cars from Western Europe through Poland and Lithuania, any German luxury vehicle aged between 3 and 30.
Pontiac Sunfire, Chevrolet Cavalier, and Dodge Neon. Yeah, not too many luxury cars around here unless you count the trashed Malaise era cars that have sat turned over in the forest since forever. --- Post updated --- That's what the low-level criminals and overall low-life people drive around.
Escalades with front-end damage. ----- Early 2000s Town Cars with blown out rear airbags ---- Early 2000s Town & Countries. Never seem to die, despite obviously wanting to. ----- Monte Carlo SS. Superchargers are almost always far gone and just about every body panel sags by a centimeter or two.
