    oh yeah i completely understand, i'm just pointing it out now that way he can prepare for this kind of stuff with the new model, which i think would be a lot easier than having to troubleshoot late
    Woohooo! i can't wait to see what you make with the new "Uprated" model :p

    oh hey, what about the cameras?

    (how they are a lot more zoomed in in the blackfoot, both the interior and Relative)

    I'm glad you like it. Here's what I've got to say;
    The suspension was adapted from the Hopper's front and D/H-Series/Roamer/Grand Marshal rear - which @Firepower helped put in with me. Other than things like the doors, hood, tailgate, bumpers and fenders, it's all unique - although the ones mentioned there were all altered from their original structures and changed to fit the correct shape. The main bodyshell's structure was made from scratch, as was the frame and some other bits.

    The whole rear end's structure isn't very good on that jbeam. It wobbles and twists, and acts like an accordion in a crash.

    The front fascia is something that was hard to get my head around, and I thought I'd fixed it, but then noticed that it still broke. All of its nodes go everywhere when that happens too. You are right though, it's a deformGroup issue somewhere.

    The rear is quite stiff, granted, but I think that might be to do with the way that it's designed. For whatever reason, on the real car too, the leaf springs aren't mounted straight - they're rotated so that the back is higher up than the front. The shocks are also really far inward.
    The front was almost entirely a straight swap from the Hopper, so that's probably a limiter issue that I can easily fix.

    With a new model also comes new jbeams for almost everything. I'll try my best to make them much better this time around, and do extensive testing this time instead of just riding the hype :p

    Well, now we need my B1 to be finished. Too bad atv_123 is busy all the time, or otherwise it would be by now...

    Can't wait for the showdown though, will be fun :D

    I love it! Especially the chrome options for the grille. Gives us the freedom to make the black foot our own, in terms of style.

    Did anyone notice the functional surfboards?

    In your fascia jbeam, the slots section is wrong.

    Looks like this:

    "slots": [
    ["blackfoot_grille","blackfoot_grille", "Front Grille"],
    ["blackfoot_headlight_shroud","blackfoot_shroud", "Headlight Shrouds"],
    ["blackfoot_sidelights","blackfoot_sidelights", "Sidelights"],
    ["blackfoot_indicators","blackfoot_indicators", "Turn Signals"],
    ["blackfoot_fascia_shroud","blackfoot_fascia_shroud", "Fascia Shroud"],
    ["blackfoot_badge_F","blackfoot_badge_F", "Grille Badge"],
    ],

    _______________________________________________________________________________________________

    Should look like this:

    "slots": [
    ["type", "default", "description"]
    ["blackfoot_grille","blackfoot_grille", "Front Grille"],
    ["blackfoot_headlight_shroud","blackfoot_shroud", "Headlight Shrouds"],
    ["blackfoot_sidelights","blackfoot_sidelights", "Sidelights"],
    ["blackfoot_indicators","blackfoot_indicators", "Turn Signals"],
    ["blackfoot_fascia_shroud","blackfoot_fascia_shroud", "Fascia Shroud"],
    ["blackfoot_badge_F","blackfoot_badge_F", "Grille Badge"],
    ],

    Not sure why, but when looking at front it reminds me of older Renault even though it's not even close, I guess I'll get my eyes checked :p

    Anyway it's really good, I'm actually surprised by amount of configs (what you promised, but well :D), nice job :)

    I'm not sure if it is just me, but the front turn signals don't flash.

    They do, but only in their little spotlights - the glowmap doesn't work.

    It might be to do with graphical settings, otherwise I really don't have any idea. Try putting them on normal or high and reload the vehicle.

    Will you make the body a little more thicker in the revised model?

    IVE DONE IT! For anyone who CANNOT get this to work at all no matter what, instead of putting the folder into the "mods" folder, put it in the "vehicle" folder.

    That's... just where it's supposed to go when it's loading cars in iirc. I mean it'll work, but the repo will get confused about updates if you subscribed, and it may not work forever.

    Did you actually check the lua console?

    No no, are you talking about the one in Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles, or inside the mods folder itself?
    That vehicles folder, as I mentioned, it for keeping cars in the game's cache. It'll put the car in mods\repo if you downloaded it from there.

    I stuck it into the Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles and that's the only way textures worked.
