I can confirm that it’s badly packaged. All of the files aren’t in the vehicles/citybus folder, they’re just in the root of the zip file.
Sorry for that mistake, packaging fixed in 0.1.2.7 version, which also brings up interior and more powerful engine to Bi-Articulated frame variant. You may as well download this verision from this post, while it's being moderated for repository.
I think this, however you make it, is a brilliant addition to BeamNG. I do love driving buses and big vehicles in BeamNG (hoping for contruction machinery if pistons and ropes and trolley would be implemented, one can dream i guess), and your addition only raises the value of this game. Thank you for your work!
I've changed the parameters of frame beams near articulation point, so that now frames are much more stiff and hard to deform. Also, now it's harder to turn (maximal bend shown on screenshot). But in general it is closer to real world, after all. The version 0.1.2.9 with this change added to moderation queue, and it is also possible to download it directly from this post.

Anyone missing the rear window (third cabin) textures on the bi-articulated bus and some textures for the doors on the second cabin/middle bi-articulated/rear articulated body?
That looks like some leftovers from previous version are in you cache. --- Post updated --- So... in terms of maximum beams count, now there's a space for tri-articulated configuration.
Can you also try to make this mod for the dt45l? (The 3-axle bus) Edit: I really really really like your mod!
