Ahaha, yes! That is a great idea! (*´∇`*)

I’m imagining something along the lines of @Blijo’s Covet V6R4, at least visually. I suppose you could also fit a pretty big engine in the back of the Kashira, but that would be pretty complicated, and I don’t want to delay the release of the other stuff too much. The stock V6 turbo is pretttty powerful on its own though. (*^o^*)

True, although it’s worth noting that the only official Ibishu car with amber rear indicators is the Miramar. That being said, I’ve been meaning to redo the UVs anyways, so I might play around with that a bit. I definitely think the longer taillights look a little plain, so adding a bit of amber might add a bit more interest. And yeah, with this update, I’m definitely going to be shifting the years a bit, as the styling is a lot more late-90s now. (^^)

Like the new turbo sounds and stuff? Definitely! I actually haven’t even been paying attention to the sounds (I usually have the game muted because I’m listening to music and stuff), but it should be as simple as just copying some code from the stock vehicles. I think a lot of it carries over automatically (like the surface sounds and stuff), but I’ll double check to make sure everything is working. I’d also contemplated adding some custom horn sounds, so that might happen as well...

I wouldn’t necessarily say “soon,” but it shouldn’t be more than a couple months or so. Really, it all depends on how much time I have to work on it, and how long it takes to do the more complicated stuff like the sliding doors (slidenodes are suuuper annoying).

Ah, probably a bit longer than that, haha. (^ー^)

Uh... Imo the windscreen is HUGE. I don't see how it is short in anyway. Also Rez:IA, Have you thought of contacting another modder to get a UV map and skins done for this?

for the top part, if you mention that, then perhaps a future variant like the Renault espace F1? just rip the engine out of the FR17 or something :p (with permission of course)

that's not Quite the F1 espace though. sure it's a supercar engine in a minivan, which is already pretty silly, but the Espace was a level above with the F1 engine :p

Ah, I was going to try to do the skin UVs myself, which is part of the reason why I'm redoing a lot of the messier areas of the model. If I can't figure it out myself though, I'll definitely ask for help, but I'm going to at least try on my own first. (^^)

Hmmm, that's a really good idea! It definitely won't be for right now, since it will take quite a lot of work to allow the Kashira to accommodate a mid-engine setup, but I'll definitely think about doing something like that for the future! (^▽^)

    Heavy WIP...

It wouldn't be that hard tbh
You replace the rear suspension with the SBR4 suspension and the front as well(or tune the current one). Thats only a matter of replacing nodes and changing the suspension files(you need a new body). Then, you put an engine in it, something like the ProCar uses for instance. And you have to edit the body to give it a cool shape or make it a sleeper?
I don't have pics on my laptop but you can do it with all vehicles :) Some don't even require a lot of work.
