While i am playing the game, i noticed that there were black streaks randomly appearing, and textures were not loading how they should. I tried the game with and rx 560, gtx 660, and rx 480(my main card), and it only happened with the AMD cards. Is this an AMD specific issue, and if so will it be resolved?
Video attached is of the bug, it the file doesn't work, here is a link to it on youtube.

Yes, this is an AMD specific issue, in particular the recent drivers. As this is potentially a driver issue, AMD should look into it probably. It's suggested to contact their support/post on their forums to make them acknowledge about this.

Temporary solution is to either doable grass or revert to older drivers

    Options > Graphics
    Overall Quality > Custom
A 'Grass Density' slider will appear, move that to zero.

Can't remember what @bob.blunderton changed on his map regarding grass to fix this, maybe it was texture or something like that, but if AMD does not fix their driver issue, maybe some small change is needed to content.

Then again if AMD driver is not following standard (is there even a standard?) then change to content should not be needed, but what if AMD considers it as a design change?

Yes it's something with the grass fade-out/cull and dissolve settings in there. Changing these either would exacerbate the issue, or resolve 99% of it. Thankfully I found the latter in my new map. This bug has been around for a few months, it's not nearly new, but I just stumbled on in recently as I don't update my drivers often (for reasons like this, only update when there's a problem "don't fix what isn't broken!" adage here). I did make the grass fade sooner, though. The further out it is visible/fading I think it does it more.
Looks almost like the display driver is trying to make negative numbers, or work with super small ones producing odd float results, or divide by zero or some weird thing. I can't give you a "for sure" idea there, though. Stupid AMD driver. I will fix it eventually.

I only updated it because about a month ago I got so mad at buggy Maya I punched the tower, which locked it up, which corrupted the video driver in the process. @#$%! That'll teach me (or it!).

I noticed it is worse on an overclocked card. So clocking the gpu/the memory in particular down makes it better (but you'll get worse fps and it still is there.)
