Do you have a button or switch on your mother board? If so try turning it on that way if that works then your cables running into your mobo from you front panel are either broken or not connected properly, i had that happen on my PC and took it to the store they just switched the cables and it booted up.If that's not the problem then you should take it to the store and have them look at it.

Check every single component is correctly seated in the slots, then refer to the motherboard manual for troubleshooting as there are often status LED's or beep patterns which can be used for diagnosing faults.

Also is the monitor connected to GPU or motherboard, try both.

COnsidering the fans do spin up, the cable is not broken...

Although it could be a sticky front panel button which is something my case suffers from, sometimes I press the button to turn it on and the button doesnt release properly so the PC fires the fans up but then detects the button as being held so shuts down again.

yes but (at least on my mobo)there was a different cable for each thing so fans and front LEDs where on one wire and mobo was on a another connected to the front panel so he may have the fans plugged in but not the mobo one.Im not sure if this is how there mobo works but at least mine did.

First of all, that's a really lean gaming rig. That MIGHT get 30 fps in BeamNG. The CPU is probably the lowest point, but I'm here to help you with a problem.

I deal with a lot of dead computers, and from your description I can say something simply isn't hooked up right to do with the mobo, cpu, or gpu. Your HDD and Ram are probably not causing this problem. BUT since some computers can display a simple BOIS error if something is missing, and the fact that your fans are going crazy leads me to thinking you might be dealing with your mobo not working with the CPU or your mobo is messed up and can't contol itself or BIOS.

I'm not entirely sure what's up, try:

    1. Make sure it's plugged into a receptacle, not a power bar
    2. Make sure all your wires are in the right place, and your CPU is in right.
    3. Switch/remove you gpu. Just try to get a display from BIOS.

I'm sorry I'm not much of a help, I'm no professional and your description is rather limited.

Does it beep? Do you get a flash of black on the screen? Any signs of life?

And, if all else fails, take it to the local compy store. They'll rebuild it for a pretty penny.

Nothing on the screen Gpu fans go Cpu fans go case fans go but nothing on the screen im kinda confuse my first thought was to go on newegg on the psu calculator to see they recommended 700w for my setup but i only have 500w i thought this due to the fans stopping then going then stopping .

So im going to take it to the store and play it safe or if i hear someone say a fix that i havent already tried

That's why I recommended you remove the gpu and try using the integrated graphics. Also remove some fans cables. That way it will use less power. Seriously, having 100w less then recommended can cripple a computer, worse if 200w difference.

It shouldn't use anything near 500w on startup... Once again, ARE YOU SURE that all your cables are properly connected?

Make sure if there are no integrated graphics in the mobo, that you plugged in your video cable to the actual graphics card. I had the same thing happen to me at first, and I realized that I had to plug the video cable into the actual GPU, instead of the mobo.

if possible, could you include some pictures, or possibly a video of exactly what's happening (especially the video part, it would actually help a lot, as we could see a lot more of what's happeneing

You're psu could just be doa, or other parts.

Do you get any beep codes or anything?

clearly it's not doa, because nothing would happen at all if his psu was doa, as it can't do anything without power ;)

I had a computer that would turn on just fine for a long time, then a bsod here and there, then just fans. Several caps in the psu were blown but the fans still spun up and it looked like the pc got power. Point is, it may not be working correctly, even though it can spin the fans up.
