How to create a group?

I want to know how to create a group please.

To many spam groups like roleplay and screenshots.

 

Or COD ranting club, etc..

I think because people like me want to create groups like Deja Vu meme memorial or Anime cars unite etc

 

sometimes you can request ownership of a group if it is dead by contacting the owner, if they are still active

Reason group creation is closed is because it lags the forum.
