Talking about why the idea in the OP is dumb and unworkable is adding something to the thread. Welcome to realism and criticism for wishy-washy head in the clouds ideas.

Yeah but its nothing constructive, I can take constructive criticism but most people are just criticizing. I had hope that maybe this forum would be a step above youtube comments. I guess when someone has the veil of the internet, only putrid angry bile comes forth.

And my ideas maybe in the clouds but hey I tried, you just bitch and moan when something different comes forth. Sorry my ideas are too out there and awesome for you to wrap your puny mind around. :-D

Anyone with talent in 3d will probably be doing this for a living, hence the $$$. If you dont care about quality then I dont know why people are getting upset.

Btw, people here are cheap, 500$ for a good carmodel is peanuts. AAA quality custom made car models can go into the 5 digits $$$$$ easily.

Ha, I find your verbal disposition funny. Also, if you're not willing to pay a lot of money, don't expect much. Do you know how much work goes into making a car properly ?

What on earth is the difference between "criticism" and "constructive criticism"? Its always been some wishy-washy bullshit they put on you at school which was codeword for "make it sound less harsh and fluff it up a bit". I can see the difference between baseless insults and criticism but telling you something is shit and exactly why its shit is always constructive and that's what criticism is. As far as I can see; that's what happened. You where told that it is an unworkable model and why it is unworkable. There has been no vitriol or direct insult come your way, at least off of me. I haven't read the full thread so maybe tucked away in one post I missed is a particularly heinous diatribe against your person. In which case, I apologize on behalf of that individual.

Compare "its crap" with "X feature is incorrect, perhaps you should attempt Z".

Does not even understand the basics of criticism, yet wants to tell us what is adding to a thread.

    One view into wiki:
If you call the act of including positive suggestions to improve the subject wishy washy, my constructive criticism would be to read a littlebit into the concept of being constructive to improve on that subject. The forum could benefit from that i think.

    Edit towards Hatis post below:
Yes Hati, this is indeed constructive ciriticism, but only on the first time it is stated.
If you just repeat statements from the same thread without altering them or adding new argues, like many others in front of you did too, this constructive criticism turns into flooding or also spamming soon after.

Ok, so people have spent the entire thread telling the OP why the idea is unworkable, because vehicle creation is hard work; and the suggestions to improve it are "Pay someone five grand and not $100 and they will consider it". That would be constructive criticism according to your definitions :).

Let's see how long it takes for Myth to bust this thread again. This thread has only caused uproar, and nothing else. OP, you are only adding fuel to the fire with your comments.
