You're going to want more than 4 GB of RAM, but other than that most likely yes. Disable the framerate limiter, and enable vsync and you should be good to go. Also, depends on which i7, but given that you say you have a 1070, I expect its a decent one.

 

The most limited component is GPU as CPU.

With a 1080 I can run all at max exept reflexions. Need to change update time and resolution of reflections.
