I'm on @Blijo 's side to be honest, I mean it was a little extreme but I can understand where he is coming from. He is making this mod for free, if he wants he doesn't have to upload at all and keep it to himself (or give it to a select group of people), but he is being generous and making something for everyone to enjoy, so I think people just need to appreciate that and not keep begging for things. I'm not targeting @Nathan24™, I'm just saying this in general. I always see people asking for so much and being unappreciative of what they get. There is a difference between giving feedback/suggestions/constructive criticism and just being annoying. I think what @Nathan24™ meant to say was 'is there any chance you could make an LHD version for American's to enjoy?', rather than 'we need LHD'.
LHD spec would be nice indeed, although it is his mod, so it is all up to @Blijo . I do understand his response as people constantly wanting stuff and then not actually giving you anything back for doing what they want is rather annoying. I bet that if you'd donate to him for implementing some small feature, then he most likely would be fine with implementing what do you want. People over here do not seem to get how much time does it take to make any sort of mod, especially a scratch made car like this. So you all should be haply that we actually bother releasing mods for free and we sometimes take your input. Even if not talking about money, most of the time modders just want to make something for themselves either cause they like a certain car or out of pure curiosity.
I honestly don't care that there is not gonna be an LHD config. Even though its easyish to make, its not that big of a difference.
As an Aussie I'm just excited there's another RHD car in the game! We don't get many RHD mods so its awesome to have something new
Sorry for the long delay. I was bus(s)y. Note: these are not final I spent some time working on the chassis today and edited the front suspension again.. Here is how it works:" Picture on the left is obtained from the MG TD-TF workshop manual issued by The British Motor Corporation Limited (M.G. Car division), I got it from a MG TTO-club member. Nodes 2,3,5 and 7 are the wishbone nodes, 2 and 8 are the hub nodes(other two are not in the picture on the left) and 4 and 6 are the coil nodes.
Suspension testing bed, no body for testing purposes. About being bussy, I am busy with studying and I started a new side-project; a bus.
Who gives a shit about delaying. You didn't saw that Blijo is busy with the studies and he started the bus project? Jesus, at least be thankful that he posted some progress...
Okay, stop with this intentional misspelling. You can clearly speak English, but this schlock is getting tiring. Also, why are you so worried about a delay? Even if it doesn't happen, have patience for Christ's sake.
Actually, I think working on a double decker bus is cooler and more beneficial to the modding community then an MG. Not trying to downplay the MG... Just really excited at the prospect of a bus.
Be happy that I care to even think about releasing stuff anyways, don't be afraid, one can only work so much on something dunno, probably a bit off right now since I'm still having problems with the rear end and some vibrations. But here it is on @B25Mitch 's map. Excuse my driving. I will pick up the cones later
Damn, that looked like loads of fun with the Fintray... Wonder if the B1 would even fit between the cones
No. And yes, even though it weighs 930kg and the steering is a bit vague in the middle (Proper FFB is hard to engineer in the game imo) it is a lot of fun.
