My game is getting a bunch of weird artifacting going on as of the latest update. I have updated and deactivated all my mods, but nothing seems to work. I cannot seem to capture a picture of it, but it looks a lot like the stretched black textures you sometimes get when you crash too hard. They become more and more prevalent the further you drive from spawn.

This is a problem with the latest AMD graphics card drivers. I would reccomend downgrading to a previous version until AMD releases a fix.

Fyi both AMD and Nvidia release bad drivers every now and again, you're not going to get away from it permanently by switching to another graphics card, because sooner or later it's gonna happen again.

You should switch only if you want to upgrade, not just because the latest drivers are bad.

This is true, however a bunch of other software that I want to use simply does not run on Radeon cards, and this compatibility issue is the last straw that broke the camel's back.
