I use mouse and keyboard to play beamng mostly because I dont have a wheel and dont wanna use a pad (even though I'll buy a wheel pretty soon dont worry). Now, before the halloween update I could move and use my mouse while accelerating or braking, now I can't do that. If I use my mouse while accelerating or breaking, throttle or brake would completely die and I would have to stop using the mouse and press the throttle or brake key again. Does anyone know why?

If you have mapped mouse to steering or acceleration, then moving mouse takes over from keyboard, so check if mouse is mapped to acceleration or steering.

I have mapped it to throttle and brake, but only when I'm below 1/4 of my screen or above 3/4. Does that matter too?

it has happened to me too, but not a consistent occurrence.

    Yeah.
The same story with steering wheels.
If you move them, any other device gets 'disabled' pretty much to avoid your inputs (or FFB) going crazy.
