yannis had alot planned for the mod such as the veilside kid and some other things so i would assume that its not abandoned.
very good mod but i haven't got a pc gamer so i can't see the backfire, someone know how to cure it please?? because i realy like this game and i haven't go money to pay a good pc. ( i'm french so sorry for my bad english)
The backfire is there, even on the lowest graphics settings, so you should still see it. Try the more powerful car configurations to see more backfire.
Many mods use this kind of folder Mazda_RX-7.zip\vehicles\common Not sure if it would work like this: vehicles\yannis_JDM\common vehicles\yannis_JDM\RX7 Wheel issue might be completely irrelevant though, but any other mod that has \vehicles\common\rx7_wheels\materials.cs is going to be conflict with this one. Best practice to avoid issues with other mods is to have own mod in such folder structure that non other will have same, to use such material names, part names, etc. that none other mod will use and so on. Spawns few errors: I can't drive the thing though, it feels like engine would have huge inertia in way how slippery rear end is, but then again I did not examine much, just noticed how in 35kph it was really easy to make it spun. Swapping few parts in parts manager improves it a lot though and it is possible to make turns even at highway speeds after that. Engine sound seems to be very loud, you can't hear tires over it, that might need some balancing. Otherwise seems nice and very pretty mod.

If you select other wheels and tires, does it improve? (try some vanilla game wheels) More of setup balancing than wheels, maybe some tweak of inertia/friction etc.
I noticed that the BBS rims are like, textured, so when the wheel turns, it looks kinda cruddy, like "imperfect"...hard to explain. Same with the brakes. Is this a texture issue or maybe something that can be done in blender to render it better in game?
Its weird, everyone seems to be having issues with the R34, RX7 and AE86 but im not having any of these complaints despite having 120 mods could it be that other wheel mods etc are conflicting because i have none of those.
Just wondering but does the creator of this mod plan to make a four rotor engine for the car? Because that would be f-ing epic
