So , basically I got the idea from watching a spin tires game video and I said to myself ... This is gonna be sick if BeamNG has something like that
and here it is my friends ... I introduce you the BKL Cat Grader .... Meow
Keep in mind that it's still beta and the camera and the front wheels need some work
    Credits go to : [peterbilt1993] 3d model
    [Basel AKA Bisofication]
and for who doesn't know what a grader is , here's all the info you need from wikipedia here
Here are some pics for you guys.
    Enjoy :)
P.S. : The steer-able front wheels will be included in the v2 grader

P : to raise the grader
F : to use the thrusters (smoke effects)
And Always switch to manual for better control :)

Weird, every grader I've ever seen has the front wheels steering, not articulating in the center.

Also, you can see on the mesh there's hydraulics in the front for steering. There's also a way to camber the front wheels left or right to compensate for the blade digging in.

Funny thing is, you're more likely to see one than a farmer :p They are construction machinery not farm machinery. Used for levelling freshly dug up dirt during the construction of roads or large buildings.

A harrow is probably the closest piece of equipment for farm usage. Breaks up large pieces of soil into smaller ones, leaves the field more than flat enough. Failing that you just run a roller or cultipacker over it.
    I live on a farm :p

This is road equipment, not a farm implement... lol

It looks cool though, and I have seen them articulate in the
center but also steer at the front wheels as stated.

    Great job!

Don't be mad, I'm a city-slicker too. They use graders here for snow removal along side construction and many things not related to farming.

Wow, you are really taking the fourms by storm! I am loving the amount of quality mods that you are putting out.

You should offer two versions; one with front wheel steering and one with the split in the middle. Just so your work on the split in the middle isnt wasted

Slightly off topic but I went out for a walk to a nearby village to get some pictures of a phone box for nkosi. While walking through the farm yard decided to grab a photo of one of our harrows (we have 2):

Btw, I may live here but I am not a farmer, neither is anyone else in the house :p The farm used to belong to my stepdads family and he inherited part of the house, it is no longer a part of his family, we simply live here.
We do have some rollers and cultipackers too but they are in a locked warehouse, no idea why the harrow is out on its own.

yeah, I worked for the highway department for a while and I've worked on farms all my life. I've never seen a farmer even touch one of these, but we used it all the time for grading roads and only this last winter did they use it for moving snow at the highway department haha. You definitely need to make the front wheels turn rather than having it pivot. If you were to make a 4wd tractor, then I could see it having the pivot in the center...

Thats cute small Harrow, too small today.
Our farm has new 7m wide harrow waiting for work, old one was size smaller than new.
It is like this, what we got.

    a9c66a93_4.jpg

Looks like that harrow has seen better days, it looks like too small for today use.
Probably this harrow value is smaller than other, cheapest always outside. (if all didint fit inside)
