As of the latest version, I'm having issues with major oscillation while stopped in any car without power steering. I used to remedy this with the "Low Speed" FFB set to 0.
Is there a way to change that back to 0 just by editing a config file?
I'm using a DD wheel with limited configuration options so there's only so much I can do with the current version of my wheel driver.

Reduce strength at low speeds is now checkbox, have you enabled that, does it still oscillate?:

Yes, even with that checked it oscillates strongly with a force setting around 250.

I'm using a direct drive wheel so it's not even close to clipping at 200-250 strength. It also feels great at speed, just anything under 1 mph/kph leads to heavy oscillation. A user configurable low speed strength has resolved this in the past.
