I'll be brief and add a video if you want but it's pretty simple to replicate.

*Select sunburst hillclimb sequential / DCT.
*Drive in a straight line till you get to about 140mph+
*do a sharp turn left or right. Doesn't matter which direction.
*You should snap one of the front wheels.

    Extra:

The little app that appears on the left to detect broken parts doesn't seem to notice the front wheel has snapped.

This happens with the SBR4 as welll, although I haven't tested it in safe mode because it would remove my wheels on my default and i don't even know with what mod it came :v

just go into the front suspension jbeam, find the tie rod strength (beam deform, beamstrength) and raise the values. thats what I would try immediately, then trouble shoot from there. i am sure the devs will release a hotfix for that but for right now u can just fix it yourself. let me know if that works. I am at work lol

Yeah works in safemode. I made sure i had no mods before i posted this.
I know how to fix myself, but it's nice to make devs aware.

edit: ah well, if it's a mod-related issue it should not go here then :)

    It's not a mod thing.

Oh, you meant the issue happens in Safe Mode too? My bad.

Thanks for the report then, noted so we can have a look :)

I wonder if it happens with controller as with steering wheel I could not make it happen:

Note on this part: The actual axle probably didn't snap, just the steering. The app only shows damage to powertrain related components, hence not displaying this as damaged.

    Ahh gotcha.

I'm using a controller in the .gif i posted. Haven't tried with a wheel since my clip that holds it into the table snapped (that's what i get for going cheap)

I'm not sure why you're unable to re-produce it since it works everytime with me. I can experiment with it and post my findings if it's not already been fixed in the latest update.

Controller is the reason, that can pull from lock to lock really quick compared to wheel.

Trouble is that to test with controller I need to unplug the wheel and with wheel it is not happening, but now tested without wheel and with controller tie rods break easily.

I have T150 too, that is known to snap attachment clip thing, just turning 90 degrees from point where it makes contact is what I hope helps to avoid that issue, it is not super tightly at table then, but does not run away.

Perhaps it's not the controller. I can also do it with my keyboard.
No mods and in safemode for extra measure.

edit: I just noticed what you meant as in it's the controller being able to steer quickly that's causing it to break.
    My bad.

edit 2: While testing at high speeds, i can still break the front wheel turning as slow as i possibly can while using a controller ruling out that the it's the at which the wheels turn left/right that's snapping it.
