Sound Bug

ever since the new update (I guess the most recent one that wasn't a hotfix) when you have the blinker on or hazards and you are in the first person view when you go out into to free roam camera and get close enough to the car (not inside the car) you can here the blinkers or hazards as if you were in the first person view. the bug is not that bad its just kinda annoying but let me know if anyone else is having the problem so i can know that if its just my game or if it is the update. thanks for your replies in advance.

edit: its not just the blinkers, its all the interior sounds. and i only have a couple mods enabled

 

Now that I have fully did a clean reinstall I now know its the games update because it's still happening.
