    That's also a possibility. I don't think it's happened before, but I guess we'll find out :p

Yes, BeamNG is based out of Bremen.

Remember, last year 0.11 was released in November, but 0.10 came in August (3 month gap)

This year 0.14 was released in late October, and 0.15 will come in December (less than 2 month gap)

This might also be one of the shortest gaps between major updates.

Yeah, makes sense though. I believe the Autobello was probably ready by 0.14, or could've been if they held it off a week or so. The problem was Italy, which they didn't want to release it without, especially since they teased the Autobello in Italy. Plus, there was a bunch of props and physics improvements in 0.14, like torsion beams, which were meant for the Autobello. I suspect they managed to finish all of the "under the hood" improvements on time, but ran into trouble with content, namely Italy, so they decided to push the improvements and Halloween stuff at the same time, and leave Italy for 0.15.

Also, latest screens show a more basic bumper without rubber rostrums.

EDIT - Sorry, was pointed out already.

The wiki does say it may have a facelift so that might be the facelifted version.

    Likely just a cheaper model.

Going forward, rubber rostrums were usually added, not removed from bumpers, until metal+plastic bumpers became commonplace.

The coeval Alfa Romeo Giulia (1962-1978), for example, had them on most trim levels bar the TI/TI Super/GTA, likely suppressed as a weight-saving measure.

There is a chance that on the yellow car there are US spec bumpers. That would explain why they were made higher at the front with the bumper bars.

There were no bumper standards like that at the time in the US. I think it's there just to differentiate the base model from the de-luxe version or an early model from a later one.

    I don't see a damm clock.
What I just see is the speedometer, the sterring wheel, the seats, and that's it.
