PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS MY FIRST MOD. I MAY CANCEL IT AT ANYTIME DO TO MY KNOWLEDGE OF BLENDER AND JBEAM'S!
So....yes. This (hopefully) will be come a reality. All of us know it will be really hard to control, but in some cases, it will be a hella lot of fun.
Sorry about not posting any progress, this is a pretty simple project, but again, with my knowledge, I don't know.
I am using a tutorial from @workclock1© to do this.

    UPDATE: 12/12/2018
(on hold again because of school, so I only have 3 hours to work on it everyday, so I don't really want to be doing everything on weekdays, not have anytime to do anything else, I will keep working on it on weekends, and should be released the week of the 24th of December (winter break for me)

    UPDATE: 1/22/2019
Gonna start working on this again, I am just gonna start by trying to get the model in the pigeon, even if there is no textures :)

    1. copy the citybus_engine.JBeam, citybus.DAE, and bus's materials.cs file to documents/beamng.drive/unpacked/new folder/vehicles/pigeon/new folder.
then, open the jbeam file, (i would recommend notepad++, though normal notepad works) and change "slottype" of the engine from "citybus_engine" to "pigeon_engine". at this point, the engine should appear on the pigeon when you press ctrl+R ingame and select the engine in the parts selector. at this point, there's a bunch of ways you can move the engine into the correct position, I would reccomend just making a backup copy of the jbeam file, and just messing around with the flexbodies/enginedata/nodes/beams sections, just to figure out how they work.
