i have that as well. i think it is just the way the creator changes the roads. i am sure he will fix it in the next update.
I have subscribed to this mod and it doesnt show up in the map selector, I am currently investigating the problem if I am the only person encountering this. --Edit-- I solved the problem.
If it's not a problem that I have on my end, rest assured I won't be necessarily fixing it. As always, clear your cache. Old versions of the map may be interfering with the current version. Especially there, since several formerly geometry-based roads have been converted to terrain.
Thanks for your hard work man, this is easily one of my favorite maps in the game. Very FPS friendly (although my PC is good as is) and a lot of potential for RP and stuff.
Again, credit where credit's due, as another mapper also, without this map I wouldn't have had lots of nice houses for my map back when I couldn't model to save my hide. Now that I can model, maybe I can throw Occam some draw-call-friendly homes for his map. So yes, this map is lovely! Kudos for a real-life environment that isn't some high-dollar super-fancy neighborhood that most of us couldn't relate to. This is 'Murica, real Murica, car-sized pot-holes and all.
I can confirm this, they do not animate any longer as of at-least 0.15, possibly 0.14 also (I hadn't checked until recently). EDIT: Either they don't animate or the game doesn't like the light's texture for the Red / Yellow / Green cycle, not entirely sure.
I had exactly ONE intersection with these same lights, in Roane County. The rest were from the Australian Expressway map (by someone who's now also a developer, I believe). Keep your traffic light pole, remove your existing integrated signal heads & use the signal heads from West Coast USA. That will be a fairly quick and straight-forward fix, if you don't want to spend time trying to figure out the texture for the lights and why it's bugging out. Surely it has something to do with the 0.14 / 0.15 engine graphical changes & adding BC7 support. I toyed around with the texture for a few minutes, I wasn't getting anywhere with it, so I just swapped with the West Coast USA style traffic lights (or Australian Expressway ones, forget), and that was that. The reason I mentioned to use the ones from West Coast, is because if they break when the game updates, the fix will likely be in the models/textures in West Coast (which means just updating assets normally) that comes with the updated version of the game.

Hi there Occam Razor! I really love your map and the amount of hard work you've did on your Garfield Heights is appreciable. Actually, I am too working on a map (my very first map) currently WIP. My first town already includes East Coast buildings a lot and now I want some different buildings for my next town. So, I want to use some of your buildings from Garfield Heights in my map and credit will be given. Please give me a reply if it's yes from your side. Cheers!
Really like this map! It's satisfying to drive around in despite not being 100% done. I have one question though. There are some areas with sfx emitters that just sound like static or an ocean, Is it supposed to be that way?
