This is good to hear! Each update gets more and more performance optimized, soon they'll have BeamNG running on a TI-30X calculator!
No no no that is much to powerful, soon it'll be running on an original tomaochi http://www.retroland.com/tamagotchi/
I hope BeamNG'll include a new bus for Italy, something like this DEUTZ: [ORIGINAL] "Agree" if you agree!
Ummm... you used that quote out of the context that it was originally in. Also, as stated before, what's wrong with speculating how the update will handle with their computer specs?
No, we only know about Italy and the AB. There could be other things they're not telling us about, not to mention bug fixes and optimizations.
facepalm He's saying there's nothing wrong with discussing computer specs when speculating of how the update will run on their computers. Read the post THOROUGHLY before you quote it.
Actually, the easiest way would be American way: choking the heck out of the engine with horse piss fuel and awful exhaust manifolds. The sound is my biggest grape though. Also, I hope that we also get some kind of beefy Detroit engine sounds for t series since bus engine's sound is not suitable and sounds way too lame for such a big rig. It's very unlikely to happen though.
Actually I did play around with engine sounds today and it turns out the whole Sound config deal is a brilliant way of making one engine sound be suitable for multiple applications. soundConfig with all of its variables allows you to quite nicely customize the sound of the engine, I managed to extract 3 very different sound types from just the V10 sound: 1. Supercar- like noise 2. Viper-like high displscement engine sound 3. Really muffled heavy duty truck like sound Other engine types react slightly less to changes, but you can still change the sound characteristics of the engine quite nicely with a few simple tweaks. --- Post updated --- Supercar-ish sounds: Muffled, kinda performance truck sounds-ish:
That's really making up names... Replace dual axle with diesel and your name would actually make sense.
Very interesting, I hope that also will reflect to piccolina''s sound. Although raspy f4 sounds would be lovely.
Just as I thought I couldn't be more hyped! I guess I'm not sleeping tonight, I'll be too filled with anticipation.
