After downloading the 0.15 update my custom license plate characters won't show but instead it just gives me a random license plate, not that bad but slightly annoying me. At least I haven't found any other bugs though
I guess this would be a request? Now that even the Piccolina has a turbo available, could we get one for other cars like the Hopper, Bolide etc. too? In my opinion, every vehicle in BeamNG should come with atleast a stage 1 turbo or supercharger
I performed a clean reinstall. I think my virtual machine might be just super duper slow at loading materials and props. I hope I get a gaming PC for Christmas...lol
Yup that's the case, thanks for clearing it out. GPU upgrade is on the cards. Was just wondering why it ran much worse than Italy.
Вероятно, поэтому проблема все еще происходит. Удалите эту папку и запустите игру, она автоматически создаст новую папку. That is probably why the issue is still happening. Delete that folder and then start up the game, it will automatically create a new folder.
I guess you didn't read the 0.15 changelog? "After all that work, we’ve seen framerates improving up to 240% on Italy, which means it’s now playable on most computers. These optimizations may partially translate into other maps, depending very heavily on the map and on your hardware."
the problem was actually on my end, cycling between being cpu-bound and gpu-bound caused the gpu to endlessly change power states, changing clock speeds, causing microstuttering.
I would suggest fixing the UI thermostat on the Autobello. It will show the Autobello as overheating even when it is far from it, since it is calibrated for a water cooled car. Maybe tie the thermostat to the oil temperature instead if the car is air cooled?
It seems that the 200bx shakes when you spin the rear tires, noticed this when driving the Custom variant.
Every car does that, even when braking. Mentioned that here some time ago, yet there wasn't really a response from the devs to that
Minor, but worth mentioning: among the optional parts for front fenders of the Autobello Piccolina, there's two options for front turn signals. Second option is labeled as "Front Left/Right Turn Signal B", but the part in question is actually a side turn signal. Even though in the real life counterparts of the car they were never used together, the two parts shall not be alternatives!!! So, to recap, pic #1 is a front turn signal, pic #2 is a side turn signal.
I run 18.12.3 drivers with a Radeon RX470, cleared Game Cache, but unfortunately it did not fix the flickering artifacts with the grass. Also one thing, but I am not sure it belongs in this thread, is the handling of the Piccolina. Even the track version is very understeer biased and when driving it with a force feedback wheel it does not give the pleasure of driving a rear-engined car. I think a rear swaybar option should be added for the racing version to give it more oversteer balance. Maybe players do not like it, but without the rear sway bar option available I cannot get the car to handle as I would like to have it, even when changing all the suspension settings.
We just pushed a hotfix ! https://blog.beamng.com/hotfix-for-version-0-15/ From here, please report only issues for the version 0.15.0.2
On the 200BX vehicle selector there is a config called pro_v1coupe(1) and (2) are they meant to be there because its also on a lot of the other cars (mods disabled).
Hi guys Game still crahes after fresh reinstall in loading screen "Spawning player" in windowed mode. In Full-Screen game crashes after loading map while loading car.
Is it just me or did the UI slow down again, vs 0.14? its back to 0.13 UI speed for me. Edit, UI speed seems to be back up to par with the hotfix.
i managed to produce this result while crashing a d15 at around 170 mph into an autobello with at least some overlap. (edit) managed to do it again combined speed was around 235 mph
