After I updated to 0.15 this issue started, The hood is missing since I have it in safe mode because the hood is modded, I tried checking Gamma settings and verifying files and Safe Mode but it still has the issue.

go to graphics settings and turn postfx off, as it turns on automatically when you load the game

What if you use slightly higher graphical settings?

My computer probably won't be able to handle that since it only has a Core i3 6100U and 8 GB RAM with intergated graphics and is able to run 3 cars at once

Well I found a tempoary fix by playing with the PostFX settings enough that some of the car interiors are easy on my eyes instead of making them hurt from the excessively bright lighting, I sent a support ticket in to get the issue fixed

I suggest getting a better PC before complaining about bad graphics

it may be the same issue I'm having, try turning the lighting from lowest to low and see if that fixes it without dropping the fps too much
