Considering that GPU basically has zero power and that CPU isn't much better then it's fair enough

the 630 is comparable to an integrated graphics chipset so to even get 17-20fps on DRI on those settings is actually somewhat impressive...

EDIT @ above post, no, that isn't noobiness, quite the opposite. Go read any benchmark. The 620 falls *behind* an intel HD4000 whereas the 630 is only just ahead, even on the uprated versions. It is a terrible card designed for systems which have no integrated chipset at all

Judging by the fact that you're trying to 1. Max out BeamNG on basically on integrated GPU 2. Say that a GT630 has "tons of power" I think it's safe to say that the only "noob" here is yourself.

I'm guessing the 610 is even worse? Cause that's what my computer has in it.

Yeah, and now he knows his GPU is awful and should be melted in the flames of Mordor. There. Now let's make him buy another GPU, which is better. Dude, get a refund and get at least something with some punch. Like on the AMD side, you can get a HD 7770, or a R7 260X. On the Nvidia side, you can get a GTX 650 or up.

On the Nvidia side you wouldn't really want to game on anything lower than a 650ti (My card) including the non-ti 650. (The 650ti is like 2x as powerful as the 650.)

On the AMD side, yeah a 7770 would be good.

I think we've established that the card in question is a low end card and that the frame rates achieved here if anything are impressive let alone normal. /thread

that GPU is quite bad, why whould there be a GPU that cheap with that much power, I have a GTX 750ti 2gb and a intel I7 and even I can't get super high frames, and mind you that this gpu is expensive and super powerful, why would you be trying to max out a game with that GPU, my GPU has half the power that BeamNG reccomends (GTX 670), so you are the n00b here, you must have no idea what you are talking about.

I hope you're jokin' cause my GPU is considered entry level at this point, but even it crushes a GT 640.

Even my GTX770 struggles at some stages in Beam (mainly when there is an assload of tire marks in a small area)

My dad's AlienWare Aurora has trouble with dry rock (20 fps), probably because of the extreme amount of grass and bush particles in that very map, so the particles are choking communication with the graphics card. the particles should be lowered in priority for rendering to speed up fps to a reasonable 30 fps. this cannot be accomplished by us, only by the dev team. :-\
