Hi, folks. I've been having an increasingly frustrating problem, and I really, really need some help.

To keep it as concise as I possibly can, I booted up the game a couple of hours ago initially to try out a couple new mods I downloaded from the Repository this morning. And at first, everything worked okay, but when I attempted to load the Small Grid map on Free Roam mode, the game came to a halt before everything could finish, hanging at about 30% CPU usage.

I originally tried deactivating the mods in question, but that didn't work-still got the same result. I then found several mods(over a dozen!)that were, according to Windows, modified after I booted up the game at around 11 pm my time(U.S. Central Time), and removed all of them. That didn't work, either. I even removed a mod for the D Series that had (apparently) installed a special folder in the main Vehicles directory(I forget the proper name of the mod, except that part of its file name was "Rickup").....which also didn't work.

And it isn't just Free Roam mode in which this problem has occurred-I even tried loading a scenario, and had the same exact problem. Heck, I can't even get the Garage to work properly, either.

I do at least know that the game had no trouble loading in safe mode.....so maybe it's not a problem with the game itself. And yet, I had absolutely no problems running the game late last night, including a few minutes checking out the new Picciolina. So I dunno what to do now......

P.S. also filed a support ticket as well: number is 45155, as I recall(hopefully I got that right!)

Just stayed in the loading screen endlessly. Also, I just filed another support request; the support ID number I saw from the prompt as shown in step 4 of the linked article, was 45172. Hopefully that helps.

    Got it.

You have a lot of mods installed (I count 400).
Your game logs has all kind of errors coming from them.

If disable all mods did not help, I'd suggest going to Documents/beamng.drive and moving your mods folder somewhere, to make sure no mod is there.
If the issue keeps persists still, that means that some file in your installation is broken.
A clean reinstall would make sure you wipe any broken files: https://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#How_do_I_perform_a_clean_reinstall.3F (as far you don't skip any step)

TBH, Nadeox1, I apologize if I didn't make this clear earlier, but what I meant was, I had no trouble running the game when I tried it in safe mode, with all mods disabled-everything functioned as normal then.

But what's really got me so confused is that I had no problems with any of the mods I'd gotten for quite a while, and I had no troubles whatsoever the first time running BeamNG after installing the 0.15 update.....so I'm admittedly quite baffled as to what could have caused the sudden break, especially considering that deactivating those three new mods had no effect that I could discern.

Hey there. To Nadeox1, and anyone else who might have seen this thread, I thought you'd like to know that early this morning, I finally did get the game to run properly for the first time in two days, and without having to deactivate any of my currently installed mods.....but only after I had the Windows Task Manager create a dump file.
