...I have no idea how your FPS suddenly got so bad. I haven't seen personally, that many people talking about FPS with the newest update. They made a lot of performance updates either way.

Also, using Italy as a base for your FPS vs all the older versions doesn't make much sense, being the biggest and most detailed map so far.

Also, Also...more stuff is added, so that aswell.

Also your phone has more RAM then your laptop, just play Beam on that XD

How exactly is like a slide show? It sounds very similar to the freezing I'm dealing with.

    Utah:2x2km
West Coast USA 2x2km (more detailed then Utah)
Italy 4x4km (way more detailed and biger then West Coast USA)

the new map is realy big and so much detailed and in my opignion Italy is well optimized.

    Spec:
    i5 7600k
    12gb ddr4
    gtx 1060 6gb

Game is instaled on HDD: take 1min 45 sec to load

i run italy a stable 60 fps no drop 1080p (average fps 70 vsync off)

    overall quality: custom

    anti aliasing: on
    SSAO Light Rays DoF: off

    anti aliasing: SMAA
    mesh: low
    texture: high
    Lighting: normal
    shader: low
    post processing: normal
    anisotropic filtering: x4
    display shadows: all
    dynamic reflection: off

I think he has been bit edgy at times, not really sure what is his issue, but everyone has some, that is for sure.

Italy has much more detail and size than any other map, which means it is not going to run that well with minimum or less than minimum setup.

If one would put Italy to 0.10, it would not run even with NASA's supercomputer.

Basic understanding of how things work is so seriously lost in 1st post that I'm not sure if that has been made while drunk or while drunk and trolling, but that member seems to get those moments where everything is wrong but his setup or settings, so there is something to think about.

Anyway, there is no way to run WCUSA or Italy with integrated GPU, just won't work, there is not enough computing power for amount of polygons that needs to be rendered, you will need gtx1070 at least to run those maps on high details.

gtx1060 might run WCUSA with high details, but it is likely that you need to lower some graphics.

Also good CPU is needed, potato will not feed something like 1070.

I'm just gonna peer in here and say that while my machine can run Italy with only one car, I do experience frame rate drops as my car's speed increases. But it never gets to the point of it being a slide show, and I know my computer's hardware is quite old (amd a10 coupled to a 750 ti)

I get lower framerates in italy's cities, but on countryside and the highway, even at high speed it runs fine. If i were to disable shadows, the framerate in cities would be good, but it would look stupid.

I was having graphics issues on my game but I tweaked a few settings like reducing the reflection draw distance from 1000m down to 200m and also turning off shadows helped me get back up to my 60fps on the Italy map

Trying to play the game on all highest settings on Italy with a crappy laptop like yours is definitely not the way to go... Not even my 1060 6GB + i5-6400 can take on Italy with highest settings; have to run it at normal, with partial shadows & no SSAO to keep more or less 60fps

just play on lower graphics settings, and maybe try not to play italy if you can help, my PC has 8gb of ram (probably ddr4 idk) 1gb of vram from a intergrated GPU and a AMD A8-7650k and I can still get 15fps on italy with the lowest settings, chances are you could probably get atleast 30fps yourself if you just lowered your settings.
