This mod is amazing, and ISN'T a meshslap! I can't wait for this to be released. Please don't abandon it like 70% of the mods on this forum.

I just wanted to ask if you’ll get the steering wheel to turn while steering? I’ve seen mods that don’t, and it’s odd when it doesn’t
For now the car will be factory stock, with factory engines. The following engines will be with the car; Petrol: 1.4 (74hp) 1.6 (99hp) 1.6 Ti-VCT (113hp) 1.8 (123hp) 2.0 (143hp) Diesel: 1.6 (89hp) 1.6 with improved turbo (113hp) 1.8 (113hp) Addons or more customizable options may be added later. First target is to get this one up and running. After that the 5 door hatchback and Wagon models. Yes that will be animated.
ST maybe after all the standard versions, but that’s for something later. RS version didn’t exist. It returned with the phase 2 model (this is a phase 1 model).

I agree haha. If I recall correctly, all engines are developed from older models instead of introducing new engines. That’s why they arent really powerful and efficient (they like to use quite a bit of fuel). An exception is the 1.6 Ti-VCT engine with variable cam timing. It took until 2011 untill they introduced newly developed engines (the ecoboost models).
I know this is a bit forward, but what would you most like to do after this is finished? Like if you could do any other car what would it be?
I’ve got a 1981 Austin Mini in my garage. It’s my pride and joy and I’d like to build a Classic Mini for BeamNG. Should be easier than the Focus as I know this car inside and out (restored it myself). So there’s a good possibility that I’ll start a new project once the Focus is finished. First I’m going to begin with the Jbeam on the focus. Did a lot of Reading the last couple of days and I think I’m beginning to understand it. Will have to spend some time on it though once I’m back home! --- Post updated --- As of now, I don’t do any requests. One car takes a good amount of time to build (and the Focus is a looooong way from being finished..!), so first I’m going to build what I like myself ;-) Maybe in the future, if I get bored, I’ll do requests
