In the main menu, my nvidia graphics card doesn't show and it states that the game is running on my intel integrated graphics which is terrible. I tried looking up the other topics on the forum but it seems that the beamng wiki is down and I hope I can get a solution here, thanks!

Go to the options panel and choose your GPU. Optimus (in Nvidia GeForce Experience) chose that BeamNG should run on your iGPU, but tell it to run off your GPU and all will be well.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge but how do I go about doing this? I have opened my Nvidia GeForce Experience and could not find anything to do with Optimus in it. Tried adding BeamNG's folder but it does not show up in the list of supported games. Tried using the Nvidia Control Panel to set it to run on my Nvidia processor only but upon starting it, it still would not work. :(

Sounds like your monitor is plugged into your motherboard, and not into your graphics card...?

He may have a dual GPU laptop.

OP, there is a problem where, regardless of what GPU BeamNG is using, it will always report the integrated one. Just look at your performance. If it doesn't seem like something your iGPU would be capable of, then it's probably your regular GPU actually driving the game. I'm pretty sure it just lists the first graphics adapter it finds in device manager and calls it a day.

Loading wiki gives me this error "Set $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; at the bottom of LocalSettings.php to show detailed debugging information."

Yeah I'm using a dual gpu laptop as my desktop is down for the time being. I'm not sure if your theory is correct as I believe my graphics card could run the game at a smoother rate. :/
