This one worked

At first it said to use an empty folder, then I unticked "Move data" and it ran as it should:

We still have a mistery on why I couldn't use the path variable in startup.ini, but at least it's now working.

Thank you so much for helping my find the bug.

The empty folder protection is to be sure the copy of the data won't overwrite anything important so you did the right thing if you did it manually and untick the option.

You can keep this launcher for now, it will get overwritten in next hotfix so you have nothing to do.
