Unfortunately I believe MultiTuber is right about the hybrid in the game files. I can’t provide evidence as I completely forgot where I saw it but I believe someone found .dds files for electric motors, having ‘hybrid’ somewhere in the file name. I’ll try and find the post. I’ll link it here if I can find it.
If there's a car I would turn into an hybrid, that's the SBR4. It screams "japanese quirkiness"... Also, plenty of relatively more affordable hybrid coupès are available. BMW 4er, Lexus RC, Infiniti Whatsitsname...
then you add to that the fact that it's already rear engined, and a shooting brake, it all just fits together.
Well, to be honest, the SBR4 doesn't have much to share with any hybrids currently on sale. I can't think of any other rear-engined hybrid shooting brakes... Most hybrids in existence are either front-engined "bread and butter" models, or mid-engined supercars. To me, hybrid powertrain only fits the SBR4 because of its experimental, nonconformist ethos. In terms of straight adherence with real life facts, I'd expect hybrid versions of the modern ETKs first, or a bespoke model altogether, a-la-Prius.
I also just noticed a Mattress zip which only has a dae file and a cdae for it. There are two sizes with a separate label for each.
I kind of wonder if this is a sign that ropables are coming soon - the only thing to do with a mattress I can really think of is to strap it to the roof of a car.
I think that prop would be fun to play with. This is a bit of a stretch, but I think another possible use for it is to bounce cars on it. If the mattress has springs, that could mean that they could be broken by the car's weight.
V10 cus unused sounds, it will also actually be a meshslap on grand marshal with covet engine swap and sounds switched to V10, cause if you just look at our lovely forums, everyone loves meshslaps.
Aren't the batteries a bit small? Usually manufacturers go at least for something resembling a T-shape, but all we get here is the center tunnel.
