Will a clean re-install remove mod subscriptions?

Lately BeamNG has been really slow and buggy for me, and I also can't seem to get rid of a non-existent vehicle (semi_eu_truck) which I know for a fact is not currently installed and when I click on it, it also spawns nothing, however it still shows up in my vehicle selector. So to fix my issues I've decided I'm going to do a clean re-install.

My question is, if I save some mods that I know work and are reliable and I drag them back into the documents/beamng/mod/repo folder after I reinstall the game, will they still auto-update?

Does BeamNG just recognise a folder name and update it when it detects a new version with the same name, or is there another way it updates that requires me to re-download everything once I re-install the game to receive updates?

Well, subscriptions stay, but I think it is that db file which then tells if it needs to download mods or not, but I'm not 100% sure of this.

Did you ever figure this out? I too am seeing this truck option in my vehicle selector, but I dont what it is. How can I remove it?

 

I had that too. Last time I checked, it has to do with one of the mods having something to do with that mod. Just search up Semi or EU.
