burn your russian mods OT: yes im aware of the exhaust thing coming to WBIMP in the February JDM update you'll have to read the lore to understand better.
yeep well i guess now's a good enough time for a lore bomb The 2020 200BX 'Activa' was an Ibishu sponsored re-design of the legendary B-chassis. It started when Activa was on the brink of collapse (as a car manufacturer) and had little to no money left in their coffers. So they turned to Ibishu, who had recently re-purchased the factory that actually produced the 200BX for AUDM and JDM markets (due to this America or Europe never received this redesign, mostly). It was located in Japan, so it was easily accessible to Activa, who were located in Japan (as a Japanese company). They made an offer to Ibishu to buy 50% of the rights to the 200BX, and with Ibishu's help, reproduce it. Ibishu accepted (as they were planning on demolishing the 200BX production line inside the factory). It meant Ibishu had to pay little to no money at all to market the car and help re-manufacture shells+interiors for this new Activa 200BX, and both Ibishu and Activa would make 50/50 profit. Activa did all of the safety and design ques for the new BX. The response from the general population was OK, but it never took off like Activa wanted. due to this, the thought of ever importing this to the US was closed. It turned out to be the last thing Activa would ever produce, and they went bankrupt in 2023. --- Post updated --- cant tell if that was sarcasm or not. i was being serious tho. Any outdated or bad mods you may have lying around you probably should get rid of. (And i am not referring to your Russian remakes, unless they are actually outdated too, etc)
i work to please but you really should thank @Velstydez. he's letting me use the 2019 BX he made for the pack. obviously i will tinker with some stuff, but its mostly his work. give him a follow!
I wasn't either. I dug that photo up when I accadenty took a screen shot of me messing around with outdated crap about 3 months ago, and it was lost on my hard drive until I just posted it a few minutes ago. If you want to see something I'm actually working on look at my latest thread
That's way to many nodes and beams, I recommend using the blender node beam exporter as the nodebeam editor can be unintuitive and it crashes some times.
you have to simulate the structure, not the mesh. so what you made makes no sense unless you are simulating sheet metal What you want to do is follow the approximate shape and structure, pillars, chassis etc
I'm not going to claim that your jbeam *should* look like this one, since it's one of my own and everyone has their own style. The official vehicles are probably the best to look at. But the colour coding might be useful as a visual aid. This is around the sort of density that you would typically want to aim towards on a road car.
Is there any way to make something like this look decent without modelling? Im really curious. If not, I'll just make it a cave lol.
