I think it can, as long as you didn't make the car unrealistically grippy

 

Everything is vanilla parts, just only RWD setup and that TC. Started life as SBR4 DCT Hillclimb, so it is essentially that without front wheel drive and with TC, which makes it probably bit slower than AWD version.

 

Yea, according to the rules, that doesn't seem unrealistic at all, but MilanKD is the decider on that one

 

Car: GM twin turbo with 6-speed manual running 24psi of boost (639hp), stripped interior, 17x10F and 17x12R race tyres.

 

I don't usually do these since I'm pretty not that good at driving
But my computer is ill, and this game still runs so may as well

I used a PS3 controller (on the default game settings) and the standard Covet 1.5 ZXi

I think i could go faster than that made with the ETK 800 V8 mod of Bombboy with race tyres (normal wheels), nitro and totally stripped (the car was 1400kg, ~550HP without nitro and 800HP with nitro) Note : i was playing at 30FPS and never go above

 

I guess the OP wants to use some not so high performance cars(and have various handling) to race on this track. If everyone use Hillclimb it will be a little bit boring.

 

next competition will be completely different, I really dont care what vehicles people use cuz its just fun to race eachother right

I used a Bandito speced with an I6, 5 speed, 4x4 and off road tires.

4x4 was engaged, probably my first time around here in like a month.

 

I used my default, a tuned LeGran, config to get a time of:

Racing suspension (I probably spent around 100 hours on the suspension tuning)

I still can't believe that I have been using this car as my default since before 2017.

EDIT: I just realized that I was running a full interior, I guess I know what I'm going to be doing tomorrow. Look out hillclimb cars, I'm about to beat you in a FWD grandma car
