The presentation for Sunday is almost completely done, now I need to move stuff to my laptop and prepare the practical side of things :)
It is a bit of a pain to plan, I have a weekend with the scouts from Saturday until Sunday and the presentation on Sunday before the lunch too. So I need to prepare the scouts weekend, pack my bags, prepare the presentation and pack my pc today.
Then I have to leave during the scouts weekend, drive home, change clothes and drive to the location for the presentation again.

Here are some (jbeam) screens I plan to use:

Since you liked the article, I attached the presentation(in Dutch of course)

Quite liked it; nicely laid out & readable. Knowing German surely was helpful for understanding most of it, but even without that, I enjoyed the screenshot & your mod collection on them.

If only BeamNG had such presentations for how to make mods, just like AC :p

Nice presentation (I’m dutch myself so the language isn’t a problem - haha!)

I wonder how people will react if they don’t know this game. Should be an eye-opener for them!

To the Dutch MG T-Type(and pre war models) Owners club.
I think people can copy paste it in google translate as well.

Well, they really liked it :D

Quick kinda off topic question, @Blijo, can I use the Fintray name for an automation mod? (With credit of course)

I was a bit tired yesterday. I had 4 hours of sleep because of a scouts camp and the presentation.
To give you an idea: On saturday 10 AM, I went to the scouts, left there at 10 AM on Sunday, cycled back home, took a shower, pout my pc and stuff in the car and left at 10:45 to be at the MG TTO meeting at 11:30

So here the slightly more detailed report :D
It was at the annual members meeting of the MGTTO, about 100 of the 450 members were present.
I did the presentation, some people had some questions about how much time it took me to make it, some didn't understand how it works etc. But the main reaction was that they were impressed.
Then during the lunch break, I invited the members to drive themselves.
I took my PC and wheel with me for this reason.
The best way to describe how they liked it is to devide them:
Most of them liked watching others play.
Others played and had no sense of depth and liked it.
Others, who had a bit more feeling with it, drove pretty well and even wanted to crash. Which then led to laughs and ooh's from the audience. It was a bit like a circus attraction.
It was a nice day :)

If you followed the thread for a longer time, you might have seen that I asked the MG T-Type Owners Club (MGTTO) for some small information, I was looking for some feedback back then.
That kinda blew up, they really liked it and asked me to write for their magazine and whether I could do a presentation for their members meeting. (It is a bit of a custom to have a presentation by a guest at your annual members meeting in clubs here)
And they helped me with pictures, stories and even manuals and blueprints. (And more to come, but that is something for another time)

No, it might sound stupid but I rather keep the name for myself and my own projects. Thanks for asking though, I'm sure you can come up with a name yourself as well :)

So you might have been wondering why I haven't posted any progress lately.
This is because I'm having big problems with the front suspension. (And because I'm busy with other stuff)
    screenshot_2019-03-15_18-04-18.png
It is mainly caused by the fact that I can't seem to get the wishbone to steering axle connections stiff enough. When understeering, it starts to bounce.
And this has been a very annoying and hard to fix thing so far.

    No.
The only way you will be allowed to use this mod is to play with it in BeamNG. (this goes for others as wel)
Any modification, port, or other thing done to it is not allowed by me. Unless stated.
I did a lot of work on it and I would not be happy to see it all over the place.

So excited for this classical vehicle! I have always wanted a 50s below car. The Burnside is the only classic vehicle.
