That's odd. The stock suspension has identical geometry, but changing it to match the adjustable coilovers exactly results in completely different behavior.

 

Hmm, that might be some sort of bug perhaps?

I can tell that car sits nose high with stock springs too, also suspension movement range of stock springs is far greater in front than it is at back, so there might be some odd bug too, haven't checked default values or jbeam, so can't tell much, but based on your findings it appears that there is something that might make intended behavior different than what was intended.

It probably is not overly difficult job to improve or sort out possible bug and that should improve handling of car a lot, to get it much closer to real car.

 

Yeah, It doesn't feel like it handles correctly at all stock. However, I suspect it has been modified in a way (intentionally or otherwise) that breaks the model if you unpack the mod, which makes testing stuff a pain.

 

When I'm tampering with Automation vehicles, I just leave zip in mods and have new parts in /vehicles overwriting original ones, seems to work well most of the time as stuff in vehicles is loaded after stuff in mods.

 

can someone help me? i downloaded the car and when i spawned it it made the noise and moved but the car didnt show up. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and now it wont even show up in the mod manager.

 

Did you already try clearing cache?

Try clearing your cache, along with other mods that may be conflicting with it.

He can't, since there can't be any real-life cars on the repository, iirc. (Only if he'd kind-of change its name)

I think this mod needs a license plate jbeam, bcos that is the only thing I care about.

I meant moddable ones, like eu size ones, which you can change the plate.
