That seems like a total loss. I would remove anything that could be salvaged and buy a new frame. But if you really are insistent on keeping the old frame... Try a mechanic?

No. But I did find one on eBeam for very cheap that is in great condition, I'll send you the link.

Cool! But it has rusty body, engine, suspension,bad interior and a ruptured fuel tank.

Most of that is likely surface rust, which is fairly easy to remove, and the engines are not very complex(And I could assist you). Suspension and interior parts are cheap, and the fuel tank could be patched or replaced.

The engine has a hole in the block!

Take everything out of the engine, buy a new block, put everything back together with new block.
