Also, I've heard of "griefing" in a multiplayer game, but never in relation to a wiki. What exactly does it mean in this context?

Ruining something for the fun of it. For example. When the Mirmar first came out someone rewrote the wiki to just say "bitch". Other examples might be of changing the entire wiki to something else.
