1930 REEDS Mk 3 1.0

!warning! this one lags, ironic that its the optimized version, but the old one crashed beamng
i wont add so many fixtures on the next cars, for the sake of my potatos life
the old one crashed because i had screws around the chassis and grille, to give a race-ey look, i even had some on the dashboard and floor board, where nobody really looks, so yeah, i removed those, thay crashed beamng. sorry!
