After the war Poland needed a vehicle that can help rebuild it. Dragon, now under communist state managment came up with idea of simple, cheap and powerfull tractor. It has around 80hp. It was used to pull trailers, transport wood, and to farm. It stayed in production for 22 years. It was replaced by new model in 1970.
