Alpha 1958 Satsuma - fully adjustable suspension 1.1

Hey, it handles slightly better than stock.

    Adds adjustable suspension components for the Satsuma 210:

    Opens up a list of new adjustments, and expands some existing ones:

    Truck frame/LWB is not yet supported, I'm working on it.

    How low can it go? Low enough to scrape.

    Working on the truck rear now, so that we can have lifted Satsuma pickups. Until then, this might work for some rally action.

      there's an update pending moderation that fixes a few bugs and enables it on everything except the RHD frames.
