1967-1978 Vixette Aphelion 1.6.0

Some small subtle issues that flew under the radar.
As well as some small reworked assets and 1 entirely new part.

Fixes:

*Fixed adjustable suspension imploding when certain tuning sliders and all the way to the right.

*Fixed rear glow maps and flares being inverted (i swear ive fixed this issue 6 times and still broke it lol)

*Fixed suspension being too light weight leading to inner rear wheel lifting under certain conditions.

*Fixed EU plates displaying backwards.

*Fixed in development assets being able to be chosen in parts selector.

*Reworked front and rear slots. (New update progress leftovers i cant undo this late in development)

*Reworked roof beacon lights being 3 separate choices. (now 1 choice with 3 different color options in sub menu)

*Added roof beacon light bar.

*Added new car paint. (Lean Mean Green)
