1973 Bakewell Eensy 1.0

A British icon

With the rise of gas prices and smog in the UK during the early 1950s, Bakewell, a automotive company that designed affordable saloons and trucks, decided to create a car that doesn't use up a lot of fuel while also being fun to drive. After a few years of designing and redesigning many different prototypes, the Eensy was born. The Bakewell Eensy is a compact hatchback that's very quick for it's size and low horsepower figures, and was even used as successful rally and circuit cars for decades. 1973 marked the end of the first generation Eensy, and to pay tribute, the final year models were available with a 61hp 1.2L DOHC I4 connected to a 5 speed manual transmission as apposed to a 58hp 1.0L DOHC I4 connected to a 4 speed manual transmission.
