1974 Pinault 17 TS / Lordini mixture

Note: Made on special request. Based on Renault 17 coupe, which is in fact Renault 12 / Dacia 1300 with lower suspension and two doors, although with couple modifications. It was produced from 1971 to the 1979 and it had bad reputation due to the frequent corrossion issues and slow acceleration for the average coupe. Most technical stats are inspired by real-life Renault 17 TS, but it's not 100% accurate. The body I've used is heavily-modified Alfa Romeo 70's one which fits the needs of this car both in design and wheelbase.

Short briefing on the car:
Pinault 17 TS was actually French sports coupe based on the P12 4-door sedan, which borrowed its mechanics (longitudinally mounted front engine with FWD, suspension and gearbox), the engine was in fact borrowed from P16 hatchback, which is actually the same engine for Lordini P8 model (1600cc aluminium inliner-4). The car, owing its roots to the slower 4-door sedan model, was actually mediocre and unsuccessful competitor to the more and more demanding Euro budget sports models. It's mediocre acceleration and corrossion prone was the reason why it quickly vanished from European streets. Romanian franchise, Oltenia, had similar model which was actually 4-door 1310 model chopped to look like French original. Production ended in 1979, when it was replaced by more conventional looking Juego.
