the GRC Duluth is an old muscle car fitted with unnecessary modifications from the factory. A true gem of the old days where people would be stupid, because funny. Inspired by the Pontiac Trans Am and just other general muscle cars

Planned Features:
Secondary colour selector so the secondary colour isn't always blue

This car is not going to be added to the Potato Friendly Megapack, as I have decided to make that pack more of a pack of streetcars, and it will stay as its own mod
